SWEET PINEAPPLE BUN..


Banyak pulak nenas ayahanda beli minggu ni. hasilnya....homemade jem nenas pun banyak production dalam peti ais..ada jus sekali..

Nak buat apa? Tart nenas?..malas pula..rasa macam nak raya pun ada hehe..

Dah lama tak buat roti la..jom cuba letak inti jem nenas la pulak..dengan sedikit perisa nenas dalam doh..

Jom mula eksperimen.. ^_^


LETS START..

Macam biasa la kasi hidup itu yis dulu..

1 tbsp of dry yeast + 1tbsp sugar  + 1 tbsp wheat flour => Dilute in small amount of warm water..and close it for few minutes, wait until bubbles come out..hehe



WET INGREDIENT..

1 large egg 

1/3 cup milk 
1/2 cup sugar 
 1/2 cup margerine/butter (then melt it before mix together)
2 tbsp of pineapple juice (jus ni hasil dari tapisan buat jem nenas-home made punya)=> mix and beat

Add the yeast into this mixture

DRY INGREDIENT

About 4 cups of wheat flour

MAKE INTO A DOUGH
Make a whole in the flour, pour the wet ingredient and mix

knead until it become a dough..nicely like a pillow. Close and wait until it rise for few hours (at least 1 hour)
(Uli semua bahan-bahan sehingga membentuk doh, tutup doh dan biarkan selama beberapa jam (paling kurang sejam). 


SHAPING AND FILLING THE BUN..

First make the dough like a small bowl.(tak dapat la nk amik gambar sambil membentuk, memandangkan orang yang masak = orang yang amik photo hehe )

Then fill it with sufficient amount of pineapple jam. (it was my father's home made jam :D )

Wrapped the filling and make it into round shape like this..

Close and let it rise again...



After about 1 hour, the dough about to rise...


Or.. make it into rolls as well..



After 1 hour..it rise a bit...


Finally bake it 150 C for about 15-20 mins..




(hmm..homemade never look like commercial one huhu)..
