Tak tahulah kenapa rasa macam dah lama tak buat cinnamon roll dan tiba-tiba terasa plak nak buat hehe. Bukan apa sekadar nak makan sesuatu yang lain sikit di hujung minggu. Lagipun nampak beberapa kotak kecil kismis yang rasa baik la ia digunakan.
LETS START..
Macam biasa la kasi hidup itu yis dulu..
1 tbsp of dry yeast + 1tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp wheat flour => Dilute in small amount of warm water..and close it for few minutes, wait until bubbles come out..hehe
sambil-sambil tu boleh la basuh pinggan ke bancuh wet ingredient ke..
WET INGREDIENT..
1 large egg + 1/2 cup milk + 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup margerine/butter (then melt it before mix together)
=> mix and beat
Add the yeast into this mixture
DRY INGREDIENT
About 4 cups of wheat flour
AFTER THAT...
Make a whole in the flour, pour the wet ingredient and mix
knead until it become a dough..nicely like a pillow. hehe. Close and wait until it rise for at least 1 hour.
(Uli semua bahan-bahan sehingga membentuk doh, tambah tepung jika perlu..bentukkan seperti bantal seperti gmbar di bawah)..
O0o0oppss..aiseyman.. lupa nak ambil pic sebelum..tengok terus lah rupa doh yang dah naik selepas 2 jam..pembesaran doh adalah sebanyak 2-3 kali ganda. jeng..jeng..
Make a small hole just to see how much it rise..
THE FILLING
Golden raisins + Black raisins + Cranberry + Brown sugar + 1 -2 tsp of cinnamon + 1 tbsp of Almond powder + almond slice
* the amount of the fruits, almond and sugar is up to your preference :)
ITS TIME TO ROLL
Let these pictures tells...
Then..place nicely in greased baking pan. Close and wait at least 1 hour until it rise again..
LETS BAKE...
Sprinkle some slice almonds and greased with melted butter.
Bake at 150C about 20-30 mins.
Try to spread with butter while it's still hot.. nice for breakfast and evening tea..hikhik ('_^)v
