BLUEBERRY MUFFIN (✿◠‿◠)

WHAT WE NEED..

125g blueberry
1 cup self raising flour..atau 1 cup wheat flour + 1 1/2 sudu teh (tsp) baking powder
1/4 cup butter (biarkan mentega pada suhu bilik)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
Small amount of orange zest ( i used 1 tbsp of orange juice)
1/4 cup of milk ( i used chocolate milk)

FIRST THING TO DO...

1. Rinse a bit and drained it
2. Coat it with 2 tbsp of flour and 2 tbsp icing sugar
OK.. put aside and let it rest..

3. Sift wheat flour with baking powder and put aside while preparing the wet ingredient..

THE MIXTURE...

1. Creamed butter and sugar until nicely combined

2. Add the eggs and whisk a bit

3. Add milk, combine.....add 1 tbsp orang juice or orange zest (parutan kulit oren) and combine..

4. Add the flour mixture and combined until smooth and thick..like this..

5. Finally fold in blueberries carefully, so it wont burst inside the mixture..

6. Place in muffin cups gently..add some almond slice as toppings if you like..

7. Bake at about 160C (150-180C) for about 20-25 mins

8. Place on a rack to cool down..

Is that easy..lets looks inside..

ada juga versi lain...put in a bowl, memandangkan muffin cup dah abes..hehe..
Topping: museli mix

Alhamdulillah tercapai cita-cita ni heheh \(^_^ )/
