HOME MADE BREAD..

selalu kite beli roti bun kt kedai..atau kt carefour..hehe..tp jom try buat roti sndiri..

ok straight ot the point ..

1. Larutkn ½ paket yeast (1 paket = 11g) + 1 sudu besar tepung dan secubit gula dlm air suam (nk tgk idup ke idak yeast tuh, kalo ada buih skit..idop ler tu)..larutkn sehingga ¼ cawan

2.Larutan yeast td + ½ cawan susu, make up to ¾ cawan.(letak tepi jap)

3.Dalam 1 bowl besar, besen pn boleh lah: 2 cawan tepung + ¼ cwn gula dan gaul.

4.Buat lubang kt tgh2 tepung ni, n tuang yg larutan yeast+ susu tadi.

5. Masukkn skali ¼ cawan marjerin/ mentega + 1 biji telur

6.Gaul dan tambah lg 1 ½ cawan tepung dan gaul sampel sebati.

7. Lepas sebati uli dgn tangan sampai jd seketul dough dan biar sejam utk dia naik.

8. Bila dh naik, cucuk dgn jari tgh2 dough, kalo dia tak spring balik, so boleh bentuk..


9. Cubit sikit n make into shapes dan letak dlm bekas yg dh sapu marjerin (contoh buat bulat kecik2 jer n susun. After few minutes, dia akan naik n cantum jd cm kt bwh ni.

10.Kalo nk bg cepat naik (kira main tipu lah ni..) letak dlm oven pd suhu 50c selama 10 min.

11. Lepas dough naik mcm kt bwh ni, bake pd suhu 180c, 15-20 min.


12. tadaa...boleh koyak2 n mkn..

  2. hai tas..sory x perasan u post kt cini..thanks 4 ur comment..making bread is fun bila nmpak dia rise..i also lazy..but bile dtg rajin..baking is great to reduce boringnes hehe
